Real Estate Site

Hi
I am working on a site for a realtor and she wants a search box for all the homes for sale in our area so when a buyer wants to see what homes are for sale they can enter the price range they are looking for and the bedrooms/baths they are looking for and it will return those homes that meet that criteria. How do I do this? How do I get access to all the homes that are for sale in my area? Thanks for your help!!
Marcia

Check out this site: http://www.open-realty.org/ - it is open source so it should lead you down the right path at a very reasonable price

i am sure you know that you will need a databse for that, i mean your cases are in a database ( a set of tables) , then you can simply build a query and give it a go......its very simple....

But if you dont have a database, i think you should forget about search for number of bedrooms and so on.....some simple searches for texts could be handled.

do you have databse there?
