Real problems with a video

At our school website we have a video (see down the page at heading science).

Firefox has no problems streaming it from Google. IE7 seems to work OK BUT IE6 will not even grab the first frame when the page is loaded.

Also if I put a link in to view it in WMP10/11 the picture is missing.

Anyone advise?
