Would appreciate any insight on how to get banners to rotate so that everyone can have random shot at top banner position on 'findapi' page. www.aappi.org

Thanks for the assistance. My host won't host php pages (and although I worked through the process) I'm not all that confident I did it right anyway). Guess this is a lost cause. Thanks anyway.
