Hi. I am looking for suggestions on how to present a scanned survey on an intranet. It is 4 pages long. It will be printed off and then filled in. That is the way it has been requested to look.
I know adobe pdf format is suppossed to be good to preserve the original doc but not many p.c.'s have rdr. I am concerned that the users will have a problem with a link to rdr and many help desk calls will result. Is there any other suggestions? Thanks, Melissa |

I would've thought you'd be better of converting it to HTML so you have a fair chance of everyone being able to print off a similar looking form. Other than that pdf is a standard because it supposedly renders its documents the same on all the different platforms, and 'most' people will have acrobat reader installed I expect. IE will open word docs in the browser window, but that's browser reliant so probably not an option really.
