I need some help with this...

I have made a director introduction for my site, and i imported an animated gif into the director 'cast'.

When i export the movie, and try to play it on my browser, it says that there is an animated gif missing.

I really cant figure out why this is.... i put the gif file into the same directory, and i even specified the link to the file and it just wouldnt work... instead of the animated gif it just shows a red box with a cross in it...

I'd be greatful for any help on this one
