Angry side scroll bar removal

hello im new to all this and was wondering how to keep the bottom scroll bar but get rid of the right side one

im doing a photography site and have some long images but they not tall enought to need the vertical bar on the side

can someone please help me in removing it

Not sure exactly what you mean. Typically, the scroll bars are present only if the content requires it. You can always open your own window and specify that they not be used.

Incidentally, it's generally considered bad to have a horizontal scroll bar, but okay to have a vertical one. People are used to reading downward through long pages, but NOT used to having to scroll to the side to see the end of material.

If your image size is the cause of the problem, you can scale them down.

EDIT: I visited your site. You have frames. You can turn the scrolling off for those. No offense, but your site is very hard to read, you should investigate more traditional graphics/color approaches to presentation, they came about for a reason. Breaking rules comes later.
