Storing FONTS ?????
I want to use a custom font for something. However, when it is viewed by another computer the font is not supported. Is there a way to store the font on the server and refer to it from there?

I don't think you can do this unless you get all users to download the font file and install it onto their computers first (but check that you're allowed to distribute the font in this way). Or, if you only want to use the font for headings etc, create an image to insert into the pages where you need the text. |

That's right. Viewers will only see the font if they have the same one installed. There have been attempts made to get around this such as Microsoft's WEFT tool but they were complex & never took off. This is why most web designers/developers stick to the so called core web fonts such as Verdana, Arial, Georgia, Trebuchet & Times as they are everyones machines - courtesy of Microsoft usually. An alternative is use the font you like in a graphic or Flash.
