Streaming a Webcam into a Webpage

Hello, I want to stream a webcam on a website that I want to build. Is there anyway to do it? I have access to Windows NT 4 Workstation and Windows 2000. I would like to do it without buying anymore software but if I absolutely must then I will. Can I do this streaming webcam through a media player (like Windows Media Player) or do I need something else? I do not want it prerecorded but rather live (a delay of a few seconds is acceptable though). I do not want a type of thing where I have to take a picture and upload it somewhere every X seconds or so--I want real live streaming webcam video.

I have access to Windows Media Encoder but I do not know what to do from there. Any help that you can give me will be much appreciated. Thank you!

http://www.coffeecup.com/webcam/ <~

you can get it for free by hosting your site with them.... i'll continue to look for other solutions. might wanna check at www.g4techtv.com's messageboards & show notes, because they have lots of opensource & free downloads that are pretty cool.

best wishes,
~ Candy

Thank you, Candy. I will look into these more but so far the http://camarades.com/ and the http://www.coffeecup.com/webcam/ ones show some promise. Also, that you for the g4techtv.com link. I have been there before a while back and I really liked it but I have not been back since. Thank you for reminding me that it existed. :-D
