Subdivision of web space

Hello,

I am a student at a university which provides a small amount of webspace free to students. Many students do not use this resource, and have offered to donate some of thier space to me. However, to access this space, a login and password are needed which are security sensitive and cannot be shared. Therefore, I am looking for a way to upload a script of some kind to their webspaces that will allow me to set up my own login to their webspace so that I can upload files. The server does NOT support ASP or PHP but does support CGI.

Don't think this is possible. Why don't you just spend $9.00 a mo, OR LESS, and buy up to 200mg.?
