I'm developing a computerized pawnshop, can someone please cite other things I can add to make my computerized pawnshop unique. Help is greatly appreciated

Is this for the web or not?

If it is, you might want to offer some sort of bidding system. Sure you can pawn off and buy back etc.. but what if two or more people want to purchase an item. Let them raise their bids until one wins.
And maybe offer some sort of weekly special. If they buy online they get 20% off on fridays.

No this is not for the web. It is just a system ready for deployment in other pc's. I need suggestion about features of my computerized pawnshop that I can add to make it unique.
