Transferring files from one ftp site to another

trying to use cute ftp to transfer files from my site on my server to another ftp site..i'm using dreamweaver

If I recall correctly, a direct transfer from one server to another is only possible when both servers allow FXP'ing. Do you have shell access on your destination server? That would be a lot easier, since you could use the ftp application on the destination server to grab everything from the source server. Another option would be SCP and rsync.

I appreciate your help, when I used a newer version of cuteftp I was able to transfer without problems

i tried this script: directransfer.net it worked for me.
