OK, I have the following problem: I have several buttons that have the glow effect applied to them. The problem is that these buttons are coming onto a tricky background.
Is there a way I could export these buttons into transparent GIFs wihtout the glow effect being screwed up?? Any pug-ins or anything else??? |

Two words of advice though: Complex backgrounds -> ![]() Glow around text -> ![]() HTH Marty |

When you export an image as a transparent gif, you must screw around with the settings for a while before achieving an image that's even close - remeber gifs only use a MAX of 256 colors, but can use dithering. With whatever graphics tool you're using, try setting the transparency to 50% dithering.
This is easiest to do with Paint Shop Pro or PhotoShop |
