Transparent Image

HI!!!! I am trying to take 2 images and merge them together. I want 1 image to be the background and the other to be semi transparent over it.

What program are you using? Many programs allow layers. If yours does, just add the second image to a layer above the first, then set the opacity to 50% or whatever looks good.

If your program doesn't support layers, go download one that does like Gimp or PaintShop.
