Ultradev 1 - extensions manager and related help

Hello, I have a few sites designed in Frontpage and have got a version of Ultradev 1 which I believe is dreamweaver 3 behind the scenes.
I would like to import my frontpage webs and use the extensions
(MX606830_CleanupFPHtml) and (MX597915_FPSiteImport)
because it would be great if I could bring these frontpage webs into dreamweaver and bin frontpage.
Also I publish using frontpage extensions so would love to use dreamweaver to publish the sites as it would mean I could move a way from frontpage onto dreamweaver and have all the benefits of that.

I have a couple of questions, after reading through the extension manager info on the macromedia site it looks like extension manager 1.5 does not work with ultradev 1 / version 3 of DV Therefore I have downloaded version 1.3 of the manager. The two extensions I want then will not load saying I need version 6 or above. How can I get round this, apart from buying a newer update of the software? Are there extensions for 1.3 that work regarding importing frontpage sites and getting them working and publishing.
Any thoughts / help would be much appreciated.

have you googled for archives of older versions of those extensions?

keep in mind that those extensions might not exist for UD v1 / DW v3 ...

all of that stuff is javascript based; you might want to take a close look at the code behind the extensions for v6 of DW, maybe you could port those ext's over to DW 3.
