uni-code dynamic fonts?

Hello there, i need a help,

i have to develope a website, in 2 languages

1.english and
2.hindi

as u know hindi is not like english, some of my friends talks about uni.code dynamic fonts, i dont what this things r?

do u know how to develope a website in hindi non english website.? with out downloading a special font for the site ect.?

hope u understand what i mean.

i think that's possible if you're going to identify the language of your choice in your HTTP Header.

but since it's written in hindi, you're going to have a "medium-large" problem. since not all workstations has hindi characters.
