Video Card Problem
I have recently installed XP Pro on my machine, everything was ok until it got to my video card. My display actually works but it says it is using the default (motherboard card) instead of the card i put in.
Also upon boot up it sdays that i am using the right BIOS i.e. the NVidia GForce up to date BIOS. I have tried all the troubleshooters, i.e. reinstalling the card, taking it out of the slot, putting it back and nothing seems to be working. Thx in advance Sincerely Carl |

have you disabled the onBoard card in the bios? Generally speaking onBoard takes prioroty over Legacy devices.
The alternative is to activate both cards in XP (as you would if you were running a dual head sytem) and then set your card to be the primary display. |
