Vidoe Compression
I have a 15 minute digitised video which I need to compress. I've already tried compressing it to mpeg but its over 2Gb and that just wont do.
Can anyone out there share their wisdom - someone somewhere has obviously done this before. Im a newbie to video... AJ |

I dont know what kind of 15 minute video comes out to 2gb, do you mean 2mb, You do know that a full dvd, uncompressed and packed into highresolution SVIDEO is only around 1.4gigs, thats around an hour and a half to 3 hours, you should really make sure you got that right man, there really isnt much to recompressing a file, I hope this file is at 1080i (highres), widescreen format, and really really huge display format, because I still am trippen on the 2gb, get ulead, it will recompress your video into several different formats for you and it will also tell you the Estimated size!
