Resources - Web Media Player with HTML5 and XML support

I'm looking for an online media player that will handle an xml feed from our product. The player must have html5 support with fallback for flash. It must generate a playlist from the xml file. It also must be able to handle displaying images and swf files in the playlist. It would be an even bigger plus if it can also handle wmv support.

Does anyone know if this has already been built? I can't seem to find the functionality anywhere.
