website mirroring software

I am looking for a website mirroring software. I have looked some free softwares but they are not good enough. Can someone recommend some to me? Thanks.

Our web server has cgi scripts (shell and perl), JSP pages and html pages. Some directories are restricted accessed. We want to build an exactly the same website on another location as mirror website.
