Website Thumbnails

Does anyone know where I can find software that will
create a thumbnail of a webpage for me?

I've seen this kind of thing all over, where it looks like a
thumbnail or snapshot was taken of the site.

I've been searching all night for a program that does this
with no success. I don't want to use alt-print screen either

Id be interested if you found something like that. alexa.com has wabpage screenshots but I think they use alt-print screen too. lol.
