That sounds like what im looking for, but I need to know 1 more thing. How many MySQL DB are we allowed to use? I need unlimitied or at least 20, I dont' know how many to use as im still waiting on my client.

So far im considering https://www.onsmart.net/smarthost.htm 302 plan.
