Are there and FREE hosts that have the following?

1 pop-up Maximum
0 banner adds
15 - 20MB space minimum
PHP/MySQL
PERL/CGI

if you are on DSL or cable you could always host it yourself. a lot of people think that if you have a dynamic IP, you suddenly can't host a website. the program dns2go which you can get from www.d2g.com , it's free by the way.
