allbizhost.com - gets my vote!

My experience with allbizhost.com has been excellent overall.

The plan was great for me as I needed ASP support and Frontpage2K support, an added bonus It has hosting & email control panels which means I can do most of the things you would normally have to email support for... myself! (and If I ever take up CGI or PHP scripting, that comes standard)
They've really covered all the bases and it only cost me US$6.50 /mo

Speaking of support, If you do have a problem, they are really fast (I got an answer within 15 mins!) In fact, in my opionion they really stand out when it comes to support and I feel this is really important.

No matter what anyone says about this company DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BELIEVE IT. They are simply the most inept, inexpliciably amateur hosting company on the internet. I would agree with the above poster for the first year i was with them, they WERE good. For the last nine months however, not a single day has gone by without servers being down or email being unavailable. No problem should last 9 months - all customers of Allbizhost.com were given access to a Community Zero forum (URL). Look on there for just how hopeless this company is. Support is good - if you don't mind waiting 5 weeks for a reply.
STEER CLEAR OF ALLBIZHOST FOREVER, THEY ARE THE PITS.
