Any feedback about Web Xtreme?

Hi all... just wondering if anyone here has any feedback on Web Xtreme: www.web-x.net

Their price/features ratio, flexibility (UNIX+W2K), and scalability (only 64 sites/server on their higher-end shared hosting packages) put them high on my consideration list for future database-driven projects.

Unfortunately... this company may not be much more than a good website, since I e-mailed several inquiries to their sales staff on two separate occasions in December, then forwarded the mail to their service staff for a third time in January. I have yet to receive a single reply.

I'd have normally moved on immediately from such an un-satisfactory response time, however their advertised packages in both UNIX and W2K still carry more "bang for buck" than any other web host I'm currently aware of; and so I thought I would ask if anyone has dealt with them, before moving on entirely.
