i don't want anyone who works or runs at a serving company to give their opinion, obviously..

Hello
Heard some good things about a few companies on these forums, like virtuoso, monsterhosting & chronichosting.

On a broader scale, lunarpages.com, ipowerweb.com & midphase.com are all very reputable.

There are ofcourse alot more, there just a few!

Regards
Steven Billings

lunarpages.com i would NEVER go with

just visited their website... you cna't even call them... if you click on 'phone support' it forces you to submit a ticket... that is awful...

i gave midPhase a call, they seem to be fairly reliable... very friendly and quick time... will give iPowerWeb a clal as well, but their pakcages eem limited (could only find one main package, but assume they have dedicated server packages as well)...

thanks though, and impressed you didn't try to plug your hosting company...

The best way to find more information about a how does the customer service work in a particular company is to contact them and to ask your question. I suggest you to target 3 or more companies and to contact them.

But even if you made wrond decision you can get your money back under "1 month money back guarantee" rule. As you know it is compulsory for the hosting industry.

Best Regards
Dimitar
