On a friendly note, here're a couple of remarks to your website.
>>Do you know it costs around $20,000 per month for one T3 line? May be in the middle of sahara it does, but elsewhere - No. I personally know a guys who leases OC-3 for nearly half of that - and he is not even close to big fat pipes. >>Every Web Server has a limit to the number of requests it can handle and respond to at one time Heard of server farms? >>Webspace transfer overages are billed $.10 per 1 MB transferred over the limit of your plan Ouch... $100 for extra gig? Probably the most expensive I've seen around... >>....Our servers are on an OC-12 backbone .... >>our dedicated servers are sitting on a 12mpbs backbone. Last time I checked oc-12 was 622mbps, and 12mbsp sounds like fractional t3/ds3. Whats up with that? Anouncments and about us links are broken (nothing there, anyways). Just want you to put things together on your website, or it doesn't sound too pro.

Ooops uploaded the older version. There isn't suppose to be an announcement or about us section
.>>>Do you know it costs around $20,000 per month for one T3 line? >>>May be in the middle of sahara it does, but elsewhere - No. I personally know a guys who leases OC-3 for nearly half of that - and he is not even close to big fat pipes. I didn't write that part. It was from one of those avoid unlimited site sites . Figure if it isn't broken, don't fix it.>>>Webspace transfer overages are billed $.10 per 1 MB transferred over the limit of your plan >>>Ouch... $100 for extra gig? Probably the most expensive I've seen around... Doh, typo, its .10 for 10mb. >>>....Our servers are on an OC-12 backbone .... >>>our dedicated servers are sitting on a 12mpbs backbone. Last time I checked oc-12 was 622mbps, and 12mbsp sounds like fractional t3/ds3. Whats up with that? We are actually on a 9mbps backbone, I am not sure where the writer get this information. Thanks for the tips and I will review future updates. |
