Okay, I'm losing my patience for my webhoster. They promise me for a .net domain but they have NEVER GAVE ME! And now I found that my site is unaccessible. I have tried to reach it through FTP but failed. I also have tried to visit it but it's forbidden (how could it be??) I really losing my patience!!! Any comments?? Or advise perhaps?

Try and contact them via a support ticket or email. Coming here and complaining about it won't help as this is not a official support forum for any hosting company.

Is that the kind of sympathetic advice we should always expect from chronichosting?

spot,

This is really only an issue that their host can solve and not anyone here at the forum. I agree that coming here and complaining about it resolves nothing.

Perhaps if I could turn back time I would suggest something else, such as perhaps he should switch web hosting companies as a lot of people would do when owning a competiting company. My advice was to try and contact them which I thought would be good advice but then again, perhaps I am wrong?

They have ignore 2 or 3 mails that I have sent. They said that my site is suspended. How could it be?? Because I paid it on October 7 and I have paid it for 6 months. I write it here because I believe there is one of their staff here.
