Can you recommend a host?

I realize that this will probably turn into a free-for-all-shameless-plug-fest... but that's ok.

In the next two to three months I'm going to be looking for a PHP/MySQL host to host a new site of mine that will run on PHP4 and MySQL. Here are some things that will be factors in my decision... this list is not comprehensive:

- Price: I need to stay under $20/mo.
- PHP/MySQL at no additional Charge
- Number of MySQL Databases allowed
- Number of POP3 accounts allowed
- Is webmail available for those accounts?
- Shell Access
- Price/Number of Subdomains Allowed
- Access Stats: Either compiled for me, or access to raw log files.
- I don't anticipate using a whole lot of disk space or bandwidth, but it'd be cool to have unmetered/unlimited disk space and bandwidth.
- I'd like to go with a smaller host, as opposed to being 1 of a zillion customers.
- General hosting quality: connection speed, server speed, etc...

I use a company URL I believe they offer everything you need. What I like about them is they have multi-domain hosting on some of there packages at no extra cost. I have what they call a netbronze for 16.99 and that is available.

I've recently posted a table with over 2 months of research looking at webhosts all around the internet. So far the list contains 6 of the best hosts I have found so far. I don't provide hosting myself so the list is from the stand point of a normal web user looking for a host. Also I myself don't have much to spend and all hosts are under $15 a month.
