Cheap and good dedicated server?!

The only cheap dedicated server that I have seen is from ipowerweb.com! But I don't know if this is good too. How can help me to find a good and cheap dedicated server?!

Thanx!

Look at forums like WebHostingTalk.com and read what people have said about them.

You don't need to go to webhostingtalk to see comments about ipowerweb. They really do represent the saying "you get what you pay for".

what kind of server price do you consider as "cheap"... and also waht kind of server configuraion do you want to run?

Ev1servers or FDCServers have good offers.

Regards
D.

I consider cheap a server that don't cost more than 50 $ per month. I have a forum and need a good one server to run it.
Thanx!

might as well setup your computer and run it from your dsl line as it would be just as reliable as one from a host who offers it at $50 a month

Hey there,

Yea, $50 is quite a low budget. Look at the closeout deals on http://nocster.com. Their network is quite unsteady, but if you need a low price, that's the place to go.

You could also look at a VPS instead of an expensive dedicated server.

What exactly is that you are looking for in the way of hardware specifications and bandwidth?
