US dollars I think is international currency. And I think that it is very comfortable if they offer their services for US and EU. I see no mobile phones here

ok, I see you have now changed it from the +44 07703 mobile number and have now put in the UK address since my last post.

I mentioned spam because if you had read this thread, you see that the thread starter has already chosen a host, yet you came in a posted only a link to a hosting web site and very little else, and you posted the link talking about yourself in the third person, as if its not you that runs the web site.(Which I'll guess from the fact that you changed the contact details then denied there being a mobile number on there that this is of course your web site)

I lost that sorry. As for contact information I just check what you have been talking about. Email is more then enough for me. Never call web host because I believe that it is time wasting. Sorry if I do something wrong.
PS I do understand you know you are fighting against them as your competitor that's why you post outrages against me here. But better argue with them not with me because I'm just third party in your war.

Actually, were not "fighting" against them in particular, the problem is not about "competition" but more of a battle against those who claim to be hosting companies, but just wont do things in the best possible way.

Companies who wont disclose their address and phone numbers, who hide behind email addresses, who don't even have their own servers or are just resellers doing this for a bit of spare money a few hours a week.

Its the end customers we battle for, so whatever is in their best interest, is in everybody's interest.

We've listened to so many complaints about bad service and rubbish hosting companies from our customers that every single web site they came from previously all had no address, no phone, most didn't even have an email address, just a form to fill in and submit.

I assume you own the web site because in the 3 hours it took for you to reply, the santrex web site was changed, yet the owner of the web site did not suddenly appear to say hello and explain anything.

If that was me and people were talking about us like that, I'd join up right away and start posting replies, so its too much coincidence that the web site was updated right before you said it didn't have a mobile number on it.

So, you see, we have no war, no fight, no grudge or anything else against Santrex, its all about providing the right service.

Oh and by the way, how exactly is telephoning your hosting company wasting time? Telephone is a much quicker way to get things done and troubleshoot problems immediately, so I fail to see where the time wasting happens?

ps, you have far too many meta-tags on your contact page.
"googlebot" is a robot, so you don't need to define that twice.
