CONFIRMING FORM FIELDS IN FRONT PAGE 2000

I'm trying to create a confirmation page that includes confirmation fields that read my existing form fields from a different page. My site is hosted at Tripod. Is there a certain directory that the confirmation page is supposed to be located? My submit page has form fields in it such as NAME, EMAIL etc...Then I made a confirmation page including confirmation fields with the same names, NAME, EMAIL etc...I saved the submit page in the /private directory. Where should the confirmation page go? I want the confirmation page to show all the information that the user input on the submit page. Any help would be appreciated!
