Connecting from outside
Hi. I have a website running on a linux box in my house. When I try to connect to it inside the house it works fine. But once I try getting to it from anywhere outside the house it does not go through. I configured my router to forward port 80 to the private ip of the linux box. What other settings could it be?

check your port mappings..as well as your DMZ settings..

The DMZ is pointing at the private IP of the Linux box. I forwarded port 80 to the Linux box. When I connect from inside the house, the IP address that shows up is the IP address of the router, not the IP address of the computer that is connecting to it.
