Decent db host...help!!!

I need some decent free host that supports PHP or Perl and some RDBMS. Prefered without banners, but will be OK with them also.

I am currently using one called Freedom to Surf, and it has a grat package with PostgreSQL, but their SQL interface sux bigtime. So if there is any host out there...Please let me know...

i guess you are looking for a free host, but if not .. you might want to check out mydatabasehost.com
