Is URL a good service? i'm looking at their 100 dedicated package URL . how does it compare to Iota on URL . someone told me i should be careful, do you agree with this statement about dinix, my site gets over 400,000 hits a day.

I don't think it would be a good idea to move to a dedicated server at this point. The site does not use all of the available resources that are available to it right now. That plan is a bit of overkill for the site; it is also overpriced. They do not list how much bandwidth you get, you may not be allowed what you actually need. When you need to move to a dedicated server I will show you some good providers.

Also, with a dedicated server the host does not manage the server. If something goes wrong then it is up to you to fix it. Is your webmaster a Linux or BSD expert (I would suggest not hosting the site on a Windows server)? He will need to be in order to secure the server and keep it running.

If you are unhappy with the current host, you should look for a plan similar to what you already have. A dedicated server would just be a waste of money right now.
