OK I see, will this also fix the bandwidth exceeding, because it never shuts the site down when they go over there bandwidth?

No. Contact cPanel support and they will look into that for you...

Or call your service provider; they are who you're leasing the cpanel/whm from.

If you want it to shut down when they go over their bandwidth limit you need to set that in your WHM.

I contacted the datacentre and they updated cPanel and now all users accounts Quota's are saying 'Space Used' 0 Meg and Quota 'unlimited Meg' when I alter it it just stays the same and I have clicked "Enable Quotas" - it was ok before

I receive:

Installing Default Quota Databases...../aquota.user..../quota.user..../boot/aquota.user..../boot/quota.user.....Done
Quotas are now on
Updating Quota Files......
quotacheck: Can't find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.

quotacheck: Can't find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.

....Done
Note: call resetquota with --useplanquotas to reset all quotas to plan defaults
