I'm not sure what the police can do as it is a civil dispute. You may want to contact a lawyer.

Right now I am currently being hosted by blutek. I do to some point agree I mean I have had some minor downtime as well as issues with my domain and email addresses here alot latley. Unfortunantly when I signed up I paid yearly so I am stuck with them until December then I will probably switch.

I don't think you should blame Jose though because me was a really good person. He gave me an outstanding deal on my site and I think he use to own blutek. When he was there I know all my problems got solved within 1 - 2 hours, but now I do see what you mean by the bad support as I put in a ticket because my domain had some problems and it went 6 days just saying "Waiting for Technician" which was a upset.

Anyways I am thinking your right and blutek keeps getting sold from one person to another which is really bad because I already noticed in my CP that the servers are showing like 50% -80% load on them and I get the little red light blinking so I do understand what you mean. I am not sure who is in charge of them anymore but I would see what you could do if your having all those problems.

Blutek Hosting

I am with Elk. When Jose was in charge of the hosting company, response was almost immediate. I am not opposed to people selling off their interest, especially if they make it happen and get some good money for it, however, I do not agree with no annoucment to existing customers. We were not made aware of a change in owners or support or anything.

At this point, I am not sure what the plans for Blutek are. Today, I found one of my domains that had 3 domains attacahed to it, suspended. Now, I sent an e-mail, the trbl is fixed, but I have not heard from them.

My question still is, why was I suspened? I have yet to receive a response.

I am currently searching out my options, I do not trust the new ownership not to change princing and such. I am a reseller and I would never treat my clients like that.

I do agree with of you. Blutekhosting became terrible since Jose not part of it. Delays caused by them costing me lots off money. Say away from Blutekhosting.

If your loosing money I would suggest you move to another host. Obviously paying for a bad service AND loosing money is not a good idea.

YOu all seem so experiences with reseller hosting

I am first time looking for some reseller package for windows hosting which supports .net also. Can you recommend some trouble free options and economical also as i plan to include hosting in my development cost of the sites and chage clients lump sum amount.
I used to avoid reseller packages but now i am fed up of dealing with different hosting for every clients, different problems.

Beside that the posting looks like a spam, I don't think that you can call FBI or the police for something like this - find a better hosting and move your clients before they eat your face.
