I'm sorry to hear your story.
I see how you may be feeling about this situation, but mistakes like these are almost inevitable as this may just be a bug in the system or some lack of attention, what's really important is their reaction to your email, that's where company's policy becomes obvious.
I've never dealt with Globat.com, EuroDNS.com and Namecheap.com are my choices, but I'm sure there may be plenty of Globat.com happy customers.
