Hey, Im looking for a web host... I found this one which looks pretty decent.. anyone heard anything about them?

I just started hosting with them about 2 weeks ago. So far I have had not probs, but it sounds like there support is not all that great. They have promises in there forums about hiring more people and upgrading there support team but who knows.

If you can figure most things out yourself they are cheap and have good up time.
