Enquiring about phpwebhosting company

Hi,

Is phpwebhosting a trustable company. I don't see that they have a proper SSL security and its been set up on their own without any company.

I said I will pay them through cheque and they are asking me to send 6 months hosting fee in advance. Can anyone who is already with phpwebhosting kindly let me know how they operate and whether they are good and are they trustworthy.

Hi

I can't vouch for them (Being a competitor) but I can understand them wanting 6 Months money if paying by cheque.

We normally say 3 months by cheque but depending on customers location 6 months is better.

Cheques cost more money to cash, if I take a foreign cheque I have to pay silly amounts and normally its more then the cheque is worth!

I think they are probably just covering their costs by asking for 6 months.
