Does anyone know of any good server management software similar to the likes of helm that is freeware or at least very cheap ?!

The only free one (and the one im currently using) is Zpanel. Although its not as good as its CPanel and Plesk counterparts, its ok for a free one. Oh yea, heres the link:

I'd have to suggest DirectAdmin, which at US$ 15 or so per month, I guess falls in the category "at least very cheap". It is in my humble opinion the best control panel available.
