I don't think it's too good to be true. It's run by the guys who run frostyhost so that's how they can offer resellers, and displaying Google ads on all pages (i think all pages) helps to cover some of the cost. So as long as frostyhost stays alive, and/or they can bring in enough revenue with the ads, it should be around for a while
