Givng an edge?

I own a small company called Host-Solutions.Net and i was wondering if existing hosts here could tell me what gives them the edge? I mean there are thousands of hosting companies and you do what you can to get ahead but what is it that puts you ahead (excluding support, service, sales). What i mean is what do you do except the everyday things to get ahead.
