Godaddy on SuperBowl!
Hey,
Wondering what you guys thought about that godaddy.com commercial on the superbowl...

As intimidating as it looked, I was a bit puzzled as to where they found the money to do it

note to mention, it was slightly **inappropriate**

Unfortunately, I live in Canada, so I was unable to see that advertisement. Would have been great to see that, as you rarely see web hosting/domain name commercials.

it was way too stupid for like a $6 million dollar ad. i purchased a domain from them 10 minutes before.. and then i saw the ad and i really couldnt believe i wasted $10 on a million dollar commercial which was completely retarded. made my day horrible.

The commercial was great - you need a sense of humor to appreciate it.

View the full length 2 minute version they have on their website, and I will continue to purchase all domains there, in fact I personally currently renew 15 domains per year with them.

I'm impartial to the ad. If people are gonna cite that ad I must profusely protest the cialis commercial in the second half, as well as outright demanding a cease and desist on all Enzyte "This Is Bob ..." commercials which offend every human sensibility I have left.

It was a waste of money though, if you weren't already familiar with them then you probably had no idea what it was they were even advertising...

The commericial does say what they were about. It said their name and service. The commercial was very successful because it had people talking after and caught people's attention.
