Rochen is amazingly good, MidPhase was very bad.

Thats just my experience though.

Smile Good and bad experience.

Do you have good/bad experience due to technical issue or just more of a customer experience? Like phone calls, e-mail was not answered, etc... I think sometimes people might look at this type of issue in different ways. When I was hosted somewhere before, I couldn't reach anyone when I had a problem with my e-mail or web site, and my e-mail wasn't answered until 2 days later. So I switched to another company. Do people also experience this type of problems?

I have clients that tell of horror stories from previous hosts that don't reply. One such customer said they didn't get a reply for a month!

With midphase as soon as the dns updated the site was down, I went on their forum and read comments from others that said their sites had been down for weeks. I figured it was a good idea to move on QUICK.

I went back to Rochen and felt like an idiot for considering anyone else.

Now I'm wondering if I'll ever get my money back from midphase.

p.s. last time I talked about this the thread was removed.

We have heard a lot or horror stories. The most are usually someone telling us how some company went out of business without warning.
