Good/Bad Host? WebsiteUnited

First off I would like to appoligize to any forum admin/mods if this type of thread is not allowd in here... I read the rules but didn't find anything against it so here I am, posting it.

Also, I would like to know any pros or cons about websiteunited hosting (websiteunited.com) either in general or about there dedicated servers.

Any information about them would be apreciated ..

I have to admit that when we saw hosting for so cheap, we expected to be left out in the cold with no help for our intermediate computer expertise. Part of us was saying, "if it seems too good to be true, it
probably is." Face it, how good can the service be
with a web presence I can pay for with the money that
gets lost on the floor of my car??????

Thankfully, we were pleasantly surprised. Not only
did we get everything that was promised, the technical support that we received until we got our web site up and running was courteous, prompt, and effective (and we were not necessarily an easy set up.) We were delighted at how helpful websiteunited.com was to us despite the fact that we got the deal of the century on our hosting. Quality at a price my daughter can afford on her allowance is so impressive and hard to find these days, except at
websiteunited.com. Thank you thank you thank you

WebsiteUnited is great. I have just signed up with their service and the one on one interaction is amaizing. They are the friendliest hosting providers i have found by far. They worked with me to get the right needs for my site. I also enjoy their affordable pricing and package options as compared to the many other providers on the market. I lost $10 Dollars but when I found Websiteunited, I thought it was to good to be true, so I did a presale chat and they knew what they and I were talkin about. Setup was really fast, and the people there are really nice, helping out with all your problems. Support is lightning fast! Normally, it takes a few hours or so to get a reply from a host... but with WebsiteUnited, you can pretty much get hold of them anywhere! (chat/phone, etc)

Their prices are really nice and cheap; normaly what would have costed 200 a year, was about half the price with websiteunited!

Every year i kept moving around finding a new host, with a cheaper plan... but i dont think il need to anymore, im going to be staying with websiteunited for life! great prices, plans and support, what more can you ask for? I also saved that annoying 15 bucks for a domain...

All of you guys are great! Accomodated for what I needed. Thanks again for the great service!

I signed up up for website hosting when WebsiteUnited was just starting up new! Since I was somewhat new to website design, WebsiteUnited's price caught my eye. Seeing that I could have paid more with another hoster with less support, reliability and service shocked me. Also, with other hosters, your only way to get support was to send in a support query ticket. At websiteunited, I can ask a question almost 24/7 and get a quick and helpful response via ticket and even instant messaging. I'm glad I spent a low cost for hosting rather than hundreds of dollars on hosting for a whole year. Thanks for the great hosting!

no, i am not i run my own company the guy wanted to know how the company was not, from people bashing them. Now lete stay on topic.

i dont host with websiteunited.com but i will be doing once my hosting plan with another company finishes.
Ive spoken to the owner a few times about hosting and either he or someone belonging to the company is always around, theyve been going for a decent amount of time which kinda makes you think they are here to stay

i think it would be a pretty good idea to go with them

I used to be hosted with them, the owner's a great guy, the support's good but offline GMT working hours, only EST hours. The dedicated servers sound good but you really need to talk to him to get a good deal

I've been using them for almost a year now, supports the best part, i get my problems fixed very quickly, then it is cheap for what it gives, fantastico, cpanel XP, unlimited everything, in almost all the packages, I highly recommmend them. ~TikiGames.Com

i use website united and have found them to be a great host, they are always there to help and have many great deals available. if you chat with them, will cut you a deal on virtually anything... or at least help you with anything you need help with. they have many options for support such as phone, email and love chat.

All in all i would say go for it

Thanks everyone for your feedback. It's nice to be able to have "nice people" like you to double check a host with. I have read a lot of good things on here, in different forums, and indeed, the owner is cool :-P

So Yes, I am going to get a plan as soon as my friend pays me back... Could be tommorow, next day, or the next... Awell, good things come to those who wait.
