Question good server
Any one know a good server where i can upload my website (for free ) with 24hr ftp access?

i know its proberly easy but i want to know who you would use

You need to give us more details. How much space and bandwidth do you want? Do you want PHP? MySQL? No ads? Subdomain? Perl? Cgi-bin? ASP?

topcities.com - free hosting..has banners
- 150MB (900kb per upload minimum)
- sub domain (mydomain.topcities.com)

if you do decide to sing up @ topcities.com and do not want ad banners @ the top of your page, then put this before your <html> tags: <!-- %%NOBANNER%% -->

You get a pop-up window instead.

i had a look at it and its ok but i did forget to say that i wanted to be able to upload about 2 megs at a time

What ISP are you on?

Some ISP's provide webspace for their customers, but as to how much depends. AOL gives a dismal 2MB. Tiscali (my current ISP )gives 50MB which is good.

If you use AOL, then tell them you want to cancel your account, and they will offer you 20MB (Happened to me, but I cancelled anyway) to stay on.
