I have been looking hosting and have had many offers but cannot decide between them. Can you help me?

I am looking to get his Shared Plan 1.
His offers seems fantastic but I dont not know if he uptime is great nor if it is reliable.

He hasnt be up for long but everyone has to start somewhere. HE has 100% uptime Hes is offering me 1.5gb space/40gb/$8bandwidth(He is reviewing his plans so my cost might lower) CPanel bla you know the rest. He seems very very nice and helpful on MSN. He is also trying to see if WHM can be put on my non-reseller account because I asked him nicely

Offering me 1.5gb/40-50gb bandwidth(not sure)/$8 requires me to but a 'hosted by 2wdh' link. 100% uptime on new server.

whm-host.com look anonymus. They are brand new company... started in January 2004

fornix-net.com - they do not have 6 months in business. I have seen you wrote kind words about them. If you test their supportthen go with them.

2wdh.com look better then others. they do not use template for their web site.

bluensonic.com Their contact page (http://www.bluensonic.com/contact.php) doesn not load so that make comment about them off topic.

ive heard good things about whm-host, but i have no experience with them so i dont know

could i just suggest another name 123-host-me.com, i am with him and hes new hes had 100% uptime so far, hes also very helpful and has pretty good plans

Most 100% uptime are just marketing strategy that is used too loosely. From experience of administrating servers, those machines DO need a reset once so often to keep them stable and running efficiently.

So if their server suddenly goes off-line can we sue them for the inability of providing 100% uptime? Most companies can only offr up to 99% uptime due to maintainence schedules.

Don't have much comments but a word of advice. If they offer something too much out of this world most properly its not true. They would just be overselling and hoping you don't use so much since more than 90% of the people never reach their peaks.

I've narrowed it down to. Fornix and 2wdh. Any comments, who is with 2wdh and has experience with them or who can enlighten me on Fornix

And yes i am new but up to now 100 % uptime

No offense I DO NOT want to host this member anyway i have set him up a free webspace account ages ago and well look for yourself .. http://www.anime-life.uni.cc

Every servers must be rebooted once a week at least and the OS + Control Panel always on auto up2date by itslef and those usually cause 0.01% extra downtimes monthly so who claims 100% uptime are lying but 99.9% uptime is possible.

Search for their uptime guarantees and credits if they - if no then regard.

what has you 'hosting' me before got anything to do with this?

Yes I agree with that and thats what my company is doing as well.
Because running them for months without an update could seriously damage the server or glitch it up.
( Not to mention "kill" some users that try to connect 24/7 to it for no reason at all )
