Well, now that I see how well Aussie deals with criticism, I certainly won't be using a service that he advertises.

Sorry, but we queried how he said there was unlimited bandwidth. It is physically impossible to have unlimited bandwidth. Then he started back at us, and we queried why he posted as if he owned the business (saying 'I won't charge you one cent!', etc) and then started getting angry!!!!

Well, I dont know what is wrong with you people,I have been over this forum several times and as yet ,havnt found one statement saying AUSSIE had anything to do with owning Herculeshosting, or working for them.

I would appreciate if people like you, who have experience in all this stuff, to enquire about the fatcs provided by other users, as people who are new (like me) might get attracted by looking @ those words "unlimited space" and "unlimited bandwidth"

Herculeshoster.com is a SCAM. They used to register domains through our service, we just started getting all the chargebacks from different customers. HerculesHoster.com will not respond to us or the clients.

Indeed, I was screwed over by them. From now on I will spend some more time looking before buiying hosting. I sent them an email complaining about their service, and so they shut down my site and email. Heres a copy of the email i sent them:

Subject: I am pissed
Your hosting sucks. It just plain sucks. First off, I can't get to my site without the www prefix, nor can anyone else using your hosting, then if I were to have a question about this, there is no support forum, chat, or even a freaking email address to send it to because the suport email has been down (how convient for you) for the last 5 months. Now, I can sympathize with you, you have Microsoft servers, what can you expect from the ****tiest company in the world, but hey, i need a way to contact you if there is a problem. Also, every page in the control panel has at least one typo on it. At first it wasn't that bad, but I'd like to have my information brought to me with out any of this engrish bullcrap. Another problem I have is that I cannot access the LiveStats. Of course the instructions to use them look like they were written by someone with down syndrome. Get your **** together. I still have half a year with you, make it worth it.
