Before i start I'd like to point out that we've been running since Feb of this year and have not had one single client leave to go to another host for a service that we were able to provide and we are in no way affiliated with the host who is being discussed this thread.

Now for the main reason for this post.

I'm sorry, but had you sent that email to our support staff, I would have refunded you the remaining money left on your account and given you a week to find a new host. While you are a paying customer our support staff do not need to put up with such abuse.

Obviously I understand that there are underlying issues that I'm not aware of which have elevated the frustration levels but such unprofessional correspondence is never going to work out well for you regardless of the industry. I'm giving you an honest opinion from a host who values their clients and their staff equally, without either one of them our business would not exist.

Thumbs down Unhappy customer

I'm an UNHAPPY herculeshoster.com customer.
1. that hosting service GOOD FOR NOTHING.
2. They never tell you the truth. The 99.9% uptime a BIG JOKE.
3. They only answer to you once a month.
4. The 7 days customer service NOT exist.
5 My site down for few hours every 3-4 days and down for 12-24 hours least once a month.

There seems to be some momentum in filing a class action lawsuit against Hercules Hoster. Check my reply to a thread about them here.
