Hits are the number of files that were touched on your site. So for example if you have 4 pictures on 1 page then when someone visits that 1 page you will get 5 hits.
Pages should be the number of pages viewed that month, each page being a page on your site. Files should be the number of files accessed. You can have hotlinked, downloaded in this one so it should be different then hits. Visits should be unique visitors, this is usually defined by a time on the server as to how long a person will remain unique. |
